AMFILOCHIA!!!

     Amfilochia is built in the northwestern part of Aitolia-acarnania in Greece right where Ancient Amfilochia used to be located. The town is built around the Ambracian gulf amphitheatrically. In addition Amfilochia consists of many  other small villages such as Bouka and Limnea.

     We should also mention and the ruins of the old castle witch is located in the tallest rocky hill of the town. As far as the town itself is concerned Amfilochia is a picturesque place witch features mountains and sea so everyone can enjoy their time there. A walk down the center of Amfilochia ‘’ The agora or the Market’’ as it’s called by the locals will give the visitor the opportunity to experience life in a small picturesque village with traditional bakeries and candy and coffe shopper.

    The municipality also offers the visitors and the locals night life thanks to the night clubs that are located by the sea and they offer....

Lastly amfilochia has a big port that provides goods by big ships that visit the town every week…..  All in all Amfilochia is a destination worth visiting....!!!
